This heritage listed home in the heart of Manly NSW was up for some much need remediation and repair. The home was plagued with a leaking balcony, flaking rendered walls and a worn out and leaking roof . We had the pleasure of assisting this home owner repair the remedial works, enclose the rear balcony, and build 2 bedrooms at the rear of the property . This entire home renovation in Manly NSW was completed in only 8 weeks and the final outcome was a very fresh looking exterior that would last many years to come.

Challenges: Our team were required to work extra hours along with appointing a dedicated team to the project to ensure we completed the project on time and on budget. As the house was heritage listed and required many repairs we needed more hands on deck and paid much closer attention to the details of the repairs and the extension.
