We have had the pleasure of building this jaw dropping 3 Storey beach mansion in the heart of Freshwater beach that boasts a breathtaking view, large entertaining areas, state of the art bespoke kitchen, marble bathrooms, a 3-level passenger lift from The Lift Shop and numerous other features. The home was built with quality and longevity in mind being primarily of masonry and concrete construction. With a 600m2 internal footprint, this house is definitely a show piece in the locality.
The home is situated in the heart of the Northern Beaches at the forefront of the Freshwater Beach shore, on a unique parcel of land that has clear views of the ocean. The previous house on this home was a 100-year-old Fishermans hut which was sadly knocked down to make room for the new house.
The new home consists of 3 Storeys with the bottom most level being completely underground from the front and above ground at the rear due to the steep slope of the site. All 3 levels are of the same footprint being 200m2 each totaling a total FSR of approximately 600m2 with a good size rear yard and front yard. The rear yard consists of a swimming pool, a pergola and a good-sized deck. The front yard consists of a direct driveway into the double garage with a large OSD tank beneath it, surrounded with a small yard and carefully selected trees and landscaping.
The entire structure was constructed with double brick walls and concrete floor at each level with the front facade of this freshwater knockdown rebuild being rendered and painted with a crazy pattern Quartzite feature clad around the garage and porch walls. The two sides of the home are constructed from an imported Spanish Malpesa face brick which were specifically imported for this home.
At the rear we have built 3 levels of balconies finished with a marble floor tiles and glass balustrades with the facade being rendered and painted. The rear yard boasts a very classy, covered BBQ space with a swimming pool, deck and garden area.
Internally, this Northern Beaches dream home is an absolute game changer, with the kitchen being constructed with double painted polyurethane finished with an eye-catching marble stone acid etched to perfection. Wolfe appliances and a subzero fridge coupled with amazing lighting, mother of pearl handles and amazing tapware add that extra sliver of luxury to this marvelous kitchen.
The bathrooms of our build were not left short; tiled with stunning marble floor and wall tiles with mitred edges. Custom vanities made from shaker style polyurethane and mother of pearl handles, topped with marble benchtops added to the beauty of the wet areas.
The bedrooms are a work of art with the walls being covered with specially ordered wallpaper, and custom curtains that hide the custom made Centor screens. The floors are finish with premium engineered timber floors and the doors are specially painted custom sized solid doors with premium handles from Designer Doorware.
