Project Description:
This home is situated in the suburbs of Frenchs Forest NSW and required some renovation and restoration works along with the construction of a double carport at the entrance. The home was run down and did not have sufficient carparking space. We had the pleasure of assisting this home owner with renovation works, construction of a double carport, some tree removal and fencing works. This entire project was completed in only 6 weeks and the home owner was delighted with the final outcome.

Challenges: At the tendering stage of the project, the home owner had found that the cost of the build was over his allocated budget. Our team at GB Home Builders sought to find a solution in bringing down the cost of the build. We found that the engineer had over designed the structure and hence we proposed alternate solutions in lightweight construction that ended in a 30% cost saving to the home owner.
